Is your vision big enough to follow?

If you hope to build a great team with great people, you learn that each of those great people have a personal vision. They have to see themselves IN your vision.

For example, if I am one of your “great people” and I want to lead, there should be a path to leadership in your vision. If I hope to make x amount of dollars, I have to see it in your vision.

Great people are not just the role you posted about on linked in.

Great people are thinking about where they are going and who they are becoming.

Great people are watching where you’re leading.

Great people are looking for a great leader to say, “I see you becoming ____, and I want to go there with you”.

Try saying something like that in your next interview and watch their eyes light up!
