Like moving

Our company moved two weeks ago for the first time in 17 years. Moving sucks. It’s heavy, hard, and boring. Unless you can make a lame thing fun.

I told the team, “It sucks to move, but WE get to decide whether it sucks or whether it’s fun”.

When we did, we laughed, worked, and it was little bit lighter. You know what? We became a stronger team.

So will you when you look at hard things different. It’s an opportunity to become strong!
