Get yo Greens

Getting daily greens has been a staple for years.

I eat too many salads, I experiment with green powders, and sometimes make weird smoothies end up green. Thanks spinach.

The benefits for me have been clearer thinking, cleaner more consistent energy, and improved mood.

The problem for me is friction and taste. Making a smoothie or salad takes time (friction), and green powders are gross.
