  1. Meaning. Your why. Your reason for existence. When a person’s role in an organization is connected to their why they are intrinsically motivated.
  2. Mastery. Doing a GREAT job is very motivating. When you learn something new and begin to master it, it feels good.
  3. Ownership. Autonomy. The feeling of being independent and trusted.

Why do you “dangle” things in front of people to get them to join your team or do a good job?

Your organization needs a compelling Meaning, with steps for your team to experience Mastery, with space and freedom to experience Ownership.
