- Meaning. Your why. Your reason for existence. When a person’s role in an organization is connected to their why they are intrinsically motivated.
- Mastery. Doing a GREAT job is very motivating. When you learn something new and begin to master it, it feels good.
- Ownership. Autonomy. The feeling of being independent and trusted.
Why do you “dangle” things in front of people to get them to join your team or do a good job?
Your organization needs a compelling Meaning, with steps for your team to experience Mastery, with space and freedom to experience Ownership.
